Shipping Policy

At MYBAE, we take great pride in filling your orders with accuracy and speed. Due to the nature of shipping times and the potential issues that can arise in transit, we ask that you please read through our procedures and policies below to ensure as few problems as possible.

Fulfillment Times

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm and Friday 9am-2pm Arizona Time, excluding launches and sales, which may take 3-7 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Arizona Time on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided. MYBAE is not responsible for shipments once dispatched, including lost or damaged packages. Contact the carrier or your international post for any concerns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the carrier.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Average shipping times are 4-5 business days, subject to location.

Ensure your address is accurate on your order and confirmation invoice. Inaccurate addresses may result in the package being returned to MYBAE, causing significant delays.

International Shipping

International orders follow the same process as domestic orders. UPS estimates delivery within 5-7 business days. Delays at Customs are beyond our control.

Any Customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If orders are returned to us, we will refund the cost of the products, but not the shipping costs.

Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping

Monitor your email for a shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number. You have 14 days from the receipt of this email to contact us about a failed delivery. If you do not receive your delivery and fail to contact us within this period, you will not be covered by our return or exchange policy.

Once the package is delivered, we assume no further liability unless the contents were damaged in transit.

Customs charges or additional fees are your responsibility. MyBae is not liable for any additional shipping or customs fees incurred with international shipping. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please consult your local post office or customs office. If these fees or additional charges are refused at delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

Delivery Confirmation

You are required to provide accurate information at checkout, including your name, mailing address, and any additional contact details that will assist in delivering your package. We are not liable for errors made at checkout. If accurate contact information, including a phone number, is not provided, we are not responsible for failed deliveries or delivery attempts, and you may incur additional charges, including shipping or return fees. You bear sole responsibility for failed deliveries or delivery attempts and any additional charges resulting from inaccurate shipping and contact information.

Disclaimer: Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages

Once a tracking number has been provided via email or text confirmation, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is your responsibility to be available for the delivery of your package. Please contact the delivery company for any shipping-related inquiries.
