REFUND POLICY

ALL ONLINE COURSES & ADHESIVES ARE FINAL SALES. NO RETURNS.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for these costs. Opened products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for reimbursement or exchange.

Returns can still be made up to 30 days after receipt for in-store credit or an exchange, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. After 30 days, products are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@mybae.online. We will provide instructions for returning your package. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for us to assess the issue and rectify it.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the desired item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
